Highly selected grapes are destemmed and softly pressed; the action of specific enzymes and yeasts allow to optimize extraction of primary aromas.
Distillation is done in custom built, vacuum top alambic stills. A low
temperature / low pression distillation process has no heads or tails to cut
allowing Prime Uve to show the delicate freshness, aromas and essences of
the grapes used in distillation.
Alcohol by Vol.: 39%
Nose: Fruity, exquisite, floral.
Palate: Elegant, aromatic, rich of nuances.
It is best enjoyed cool.
