Campo dei Morer is a 100% Cabernet Sauvignon originating from the beautiful vineyards of Belvedere near Volpago del Montello.
The wine making technique is a red-wine vinification with maceration of 10-12 days at an approximate temperature of 25°C / 77 °F to favour the breakup of tannins. Thereafter it is aged in large concrete vats lined with food standard resin.
Colour: Wine of an extremely intense ruby red colour with tinges of violet.
Aroma: A little grassy with tinges of raspberry; really evident hints of red fruits well combined with spices.
Flavour: Full, soft, harmonious, with a dry ending.
Serving suggestion: Excellent with white or red meat dishes and with medium-aged cheese.
Alcohol content: 12.5% vol
Residual Sugar: 2 g/l
