  • My case has arrived damaged
    Your wine should always arrive with you in perfect condition, but if any item has been damaged along the way please let us know and we will put this right for you.
  • I haven't received my wine/order – where is it?
    If your order hasn't arrived within the requested timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible and we will fully investigate.
  • My case has gone missing/hasn't arrived
    If your order hasn't arrived within the requested timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible and we will fully investigate.
  • How do I cancel an order?
    If you need to cancel your order you will need to call us on 9997 0329 and we will do our best to stop your order from arriving. If this is not possible, we will arrange a collection.
  • How do I change or amend my order details?
    If your order hasn't left our warehouse yet we may be able to change delivery address details, remove items from your order or cancel it completely. Please contact us on 9997 0329 for further advice
  • Problems online
    Should you encounter a problem when ordering online, please give us on 9997 0329. Our team may ask you for any error messages received or details of your browser to help resolve the issue for you.
