Dry gin obtained from the infusion of juniper berries, grape leaves and nine other selected botanicals including galangal, iris, angelica, orange leaves, cardamom and verbena.
Production method
A team of three professional technicians follows the development of our gin a botany expert, an infusion specialist and a master distiller.

The juniper berries, the red vine leaves and the other nine botanicals are treated separately, making single infusions in hydroalcoholic or sugar solution, using different technologies for each botanical in order to obtain the most characteristic aromas from each. Once the end of the infusion time has been determined for each botanical, we proceed with the distillations carried out in discontinuous stills with direct and indirect steam to select and obtain the best balance and the
uniqueness of the scent and taste.
Organoleptic characteristics
A rich and balanced bouquet in which the scent of juniper berries blends with the notes of vine leaf,
cardamom and orris and is enriched with other delicate nuances given by the botanicals used.
Dry and clean, delicately aromatic, with a complex and exclusive aftertaste, typical of an excellent Dry Gin. The unique and dry note is given in particular by the distillation of the red vine leaf
