TASTING NOTES
Bright ruby red, it opens with aromas reminiscent of fresh fruit such as cherry and pomegranate, followed by peppery notes and some herbaceous touches. On the palate it is decisive with vivid
freshness and tannins that are present but not invasive. The finish is satisfyingly rounded by red fruit notes.
FOOD PAIRING
Very Versatile. Excellent with pasta, pork, lamb, rabbit, poultry, mushroom and cheese.
