PROCESS
Our Bitter has a unique depth, the result of a complex recipe based on 7 botanicals. Absinthe and gentian connote the typical bitter note, myrrh and boswellia layer the scents with balsamic notes, cocoa beans delicately balance the flavor profile with a soft, enveloping sweetness, and orange enriches with a citrusy, sparkling touch. Radicchio di Treviso, a symbol of the link to the territory, lends additional bitter, fresh and vibrant hints.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Pour into a low tumbler with ice and garnish with an orange peel to maximize the complexity of the aromas. Also perfect for creating sophisticated and original cocktails and in the interpretation of great classics.
